Celebrating Monthly Guide Day at Foundation House

This Saturday, January 4, the Horeb Coordination of Northern Chile met at Foundation House to celebrate the Monthly Guide Day and it was also a great opportunity to offer a special reception to 4 new Guides who will be sent next Saturday, January 21.

Visits from Colombia

The married couple Lina Millán and Cecilio Acosta from Colombia, both workshop participants now participants of a Prayer Circle, scheduled a visit for January 6 of this year. During their visit, they told us that Lina's mother has been a Guide for more than 20 years. They told us that the visit to the house has been a blessing and that having participated in the Prayer and Life Workshops has been a transforming experience that has brought many graces to their lives. They say, today, it can be seen that Father Ignacio has been an instrument of God on earth.

The admirable legacy of Father Ignacio

Beatriz García arrived at the Foundation House on Wednesday, January 8, with her family. She has been a PLW participant at the Parish of San Miguel in Bogotá, Colombia. In her message in the guestbook, she expresses her admiration for the human being who left us this legacy for the glory of God and her desire that the teachings of Father Ignacio permeate hearts and manifest themselves in service, praise, and loving one's neighbor.

Visit from Spain

“This visit has been very moving”, Esperanza Bris told us after touring the house, observing everything carefully. She has been an active TOV Guide in Spain for over 30 years and has been with the Coordination in Guadalajara, Spain for 3 months. She also told us that TOV has allowed her to have a deeper perspective to face the vicissitudes of life.
