Offering of Reconciliation

My Lord, looking upon the days of my past, grant me the grace to transform pain into love. Those who never understood me those who never accepted me and always rejected me, those who went behind my back with half-truths and complete slander and made me pass nights full of tears… All of those and so many other painful memories I want to transform right now into an offering of love which I silently surrender into the depths of your will.

Resentments of the heart, life’s rebelliousness, inner conflicts, life’s wounds which are not sufficiently healed, cries, tears, wails from my soul… All that I reduce to silence, and so much pain transform into so much love, I surrender right now into your holy and mysterious will.
