And The Marvelous Miracle Was Accomplished

As virginity is silence and solitude, so it was that the prodigious miracle was completed in the silent entrails of a solitary virgin, without any commotion or ostentation.

However, if, on the outside, there were no signs, interiorly there must have been great news, and the Mother's intimacy must have been illuminated and enriched. enriched accordingly. Her soul must have been overwhelmed with gratitude, consolation and divine visitations.

During those nine months, living a symbiotic identification and an identifying intimacy with The One who is germinating quietly in her bosom, Mary must have experienced something unique which will never again be repeated.

As we know, there occurs the phenomenon of symbiosis between the mother and the growing child. It means that two lives are coalesced into one single life. The growing creature breathes through the mother, and because of the mother. It is nourished through the mother, and because of the mother through the umbilical cord. In a word there are two persons with one life, or one life in two persons.

In addition, since she was deeply pious, the circumstance she was in, must have caused her an indescribable feeling especially when you consider the following. The creature depended on the Creator, in such a way that if He would decline His creative Hand, Mary, the creature would dissolve directly into nothing. This phenomenon had never happened before, and never again was to be. If symbiosis is a physiological phenomenon, the same happening, when psychic, is called intimacy.

In this particular part of the world, during those nine months, all stood still, and all things became one, “in” Mary, and “with” Mary: time, space, eternity, words, music, silence, the Mother, God. Everything was assumed and divinized. And the Word became Flesh.
