Only God
When this heart adjusts to God, the depth of man is filled with balance, order and stability.
But when this heart tries to focus on creatures whose measurements do not correspond to it, the entire man will feel restless and unsettled. There is no other center of gravity that can put adjustment and rest in human depth than God.
Most people let this nostalgia atrophy due to lack of care or attention; many others were completely extinguished in the whirlpool of human misfortune.
Frequently, however, this thirst for God remains like a dying ember under the ashes. But when man faces extreme situations; when, suddenly, he experiences boredom with life or a deep dissatisfaction, that ember turns into a flame and this man instinctively feels or senses a strange nostalgia for something else, for another Someone, for God himself.
After completing many years and experiencing a thousand adventures, the human being, without anyone telling him, and by virtue of that precipitate that leaves the passage of life and that we call wisdom, gradually comes to the conviction that the only source of all peace and joy in this world is God, only God.
