In Total Fullness
God has predestined us for joining “ourselves to Him with our entire being”. Fullness is the experience of interior integration.
When attention (consciousness) penetrates every apartment of a human building, we can say that the person is integrated. Whatever is disintegrated is never whole. When we pray (or try to do so) in a scattered state, the prayer will always end with a feeling of frustration, only because we cannot pray in this state. The same enemy always goes along with us: distraction.

How do we become integrated? We perceive our unity when our consciousness is made present in every part of our being. But it may happen that the consciousness cannot be, at the same time, in different places. So, what do we do?
We have to get to the point where the consciousness is made completely present to itself. And, at this time, with our entire being in silence, we notice that the depth of our consciousness is extended over the entire landscape of our person, integrating everything with its presence. If the mind retains absolute control over itself, all of its parts are left integrated.
